Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The BDE will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and nurturing relationships with potential clients. Key Responsibilities :

Market Analysis : Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities, understand the competitive landscape, and assess customer needs.

Sales Presentations : Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.

Networking : Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand professional networks and promote the company's services.

Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with company goals.

Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM software.

Negotiation : Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction and profitability.

Feedback Loop : Gather feedback from clients and prospects to inform product improvements and service enhancements.

Qualifications :

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience: Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role (0-2 years preferred).

Skills :

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Preferred Qualifications :

Knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape.

Experience in a specific sector relevant to the company
