Business Development Associate

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for building relationships

with potential learners and converting them into paying customers. The role involves

understanding learner requirements, recommending suitable courses, handling

customer queries, and achieving assigned sales and enrollment targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Cold call and qualify potential leads from the designated target audience.

Understand learner needs and recommend suitable courses from the course

portfolio.

• Deliver effective sales presentations over the phone, highlighting course value

and benefits.

• Handle customer concerns and objections and work towards successful

enrollments.

Build strong relationships with potential learners and nurture leads for future

conversions.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, follow-ups, and target progress.

Contribute to the improvement of sales processes and strategies.

Qualifications :

• Freshers are welcome; candidates with 0–1 year of experience may apply.

• B2C sales experience, preferably in education or technology, is an advantage.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport

over the phone.

• Strong problem-solving and consultative selling skills.

• Ability to identify, handle and overcome customer objections confidently.

• Good time-management skills and ability to work independently and as part of a

team.

• Target-oriented, self-motivated and driven to achieve results.

• Proficiency in CRM tools and basic reporting/data analysis is an advantage
