We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team at Propvisor. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹28,000 - ₹45,000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting: Find new leads through cold calls, emails, networking, and referrals.
Presenting: Show product features and explain benefits via demos or meetings.
Account Management: Build and keep strong ties with current and future clients.
Maintain a record of sales activities and ensure timely follow-ups and closure of deals
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is a graduate degree and 0 - 6 months of experience. Strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in Convincing Skills is an added advantage.
