Job Title: Business Loan Officer

About the Role

We are looking for dynamic and motivated Business Loan Officers to join our growing team at SVCL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and managing loan leads, acquiring new customers, and achieving sales targets in the business loan segment.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and source potential customers for business loans.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs.

Promote loan products and services to prospective clients.

Meet sales and disbursement targets as assigned.

Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company policies and compliance standards.

Follow up on leads, manage customer queries, and provide end-to-end assistance in the loan process.

Eligibility Criteria

Age: 21 – 32 years

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (preferred in Finance/Commerce/Management)

Experience:

Fresher: Salary ₹16,000 per month

Experienced (in Banking/Finance companies – Sales): Salary ₹18,000 per month

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under targets and achieve sales goals.

Willingness to work in field sales (local travel required).
