Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition. You will focus on identifying and building relationships with companies hiring engineers and position Inncon as their preferred staffing partner.

Key Responsibilities

Ø  Research, identify, and approach potential clients across industries.

Ø  Generate your own leads and convert them into long-term clients.

Ø  Promote Inncon’s permanent and contract staffing solutions.

Ø  Build trusted relationships with HR teams and business leaders.

Ø  Negotiate and close business deals to meet revenue targets.

Ø  Coordinate with recruiters to ensure seamless service delivery.

What we’re looking for

Ø  1–5 years of business development or client acquisition experience (staffing/HR preferred).

Ø  Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills.

Ø  Ability to work independently and deliver results.

Ø  Target-driven mindset with a passion for building client relationships.

Ø  Advantage: existing network in manufacturing, IT, or engineering domains.
