This is a leadership role focused on expanding our client base, building partnerships, and contributing directly to agency revenue growth Key Responsibilitie
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound efforts, inbound inquiries, networking, and industry events
  • Client Engagement: Meet with prospective clients to understand their marketing needs and challenges. Offer strategic digital marketing solutions that align with their goals
  • Sales Pitching & Closing: Create persuasive pitch decks, proposals, and presentations tailored to each client. Take ownership of the full sales cycle – from first contact to final closure
  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Revenue Ownership: Take full accountability for achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (strategy, creative, performance) to ensure smooth handover of new projects and client expectations
  • Market Intelligence: Keep track of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing technologies
Required Qualifications & Skill
  • 1–6 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition in a digital marketing agency or related industry
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing services such as SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content marketing
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding high-value sales targets
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build rapport with senior-level decision-makers (CMOs, Marketing Heads, Founders)
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and lead management platforms
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a problem-solving approach and strategic thinking
