Eligibility

🎓 Graduate Freshers are welcome.

📚 Undergraduates must have at least 1 year of customer service experience.

❌ B.Pharma candidates are not eligible.

🗣️ Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi are mandatory.

⚠️ Undergraduate freshers may be considered only if they have exceptional communication skills.

Note - This role is 70% Customer Support, which means you'll primarily handle incoming customer queries and resolve their issues. The remaining 30% involves cross-selling, where you'll recommend relevant products or services based on the customer's needs. There is no cold calling or hard selling involved. Sales are not the primary focus of this role the main responsibility is customer support.

Work Schedule

6 days working with 1 rotational weekly off.

Shift window: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (9-hour rotational shifts).

Male: 8 AM – 8 PM (Rotational)

Female: 8 AM – 6 PM (Rotational)

No leaves allowed during the first 3 months.

Salary

💰 Freshers: ₹17,500/month

💰 Experienced: ₹18,500/month

Training

30 Days Classroom Training

18 Days On-the-Job Training (OJT)

Salary starts from Day 1

First salary will be processed after successfully clearing the mock assessment.
