Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Business Development Associate to counsel Indian nurses and working professionals interested in overseas career opportunities, particularly in Germany and Japan.

The role involves engaging with potential candidates, understanding their career goals, promoting relevant overseas job and caregiving programs, and selling German language training programs required for Germany opportunities.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and the ability to build trust and maintain long-term relationships with candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to and counsel Indian nurses regarding career and employment opportunities in Germany.

• Engage with working professionals interested in building a career in Japan through caregiving programs.

• Explain overseas career opportunities, including career growth, lifestyle, earning potential, and other benefits.

• Promote and sell German language training programs required for overseas opportunities.

• Handle leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and in-person meetings.

• Understand candidate requirements and recommend suitable programs.

• Follow up consistently with prospective candidates and convert leads into enrollments.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM.

• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.

• Build strong relationships with candidates throughout the counselling and onboarding process.

• Coordinate with operations and training teams to ensure a smooth candidate onboarding experience.

• Stay updated on program details, eligibility criteria, and overseas career opportunities.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, counselling, tele-sales, or a related field.

• Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills are welcome.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

• Confident in speaking with candidates over calls and face-to-face.

• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and counselling abilities.

• Target-oriented with a strong passion for sales and business development.

• Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups effectively.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is an advantage.

Compensation

• Freshers: ₹25,000 per month

• Experienced Candidates: ₹35000 per month, based on relevant experience and skills.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 0 - 4 years of experience.
