Job Summary

Empower Process Consultants is looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst / Data Analyst who can analyze business data, identify trends, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making. The candidate will work closely with different departments to improve business performance through data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify business trends and insights.

• Prepare reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for management.

• Work with different teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.

• Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to support business strategies.

• Use data analysis tools to optimize processes and improve operational efficiency.

• Prepare presentations and reports for stakeholders.

• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and proper documentation.

Required Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.

• Basic understanding of data visualization and reporting tools.

• Good communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to work with large datasets and generate insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field.

• Experience in data analysis or business analysis is preferred.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
