Job Description

Generate leads through calls, site visits, brokers, and digital platforms
Handle customer inquiries and provide detailed property information
Conduct site visits and project presentations to clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers
Follow up regularly to convert leads into sales
Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
Coordinate with CRM team for lead tracking and updates
Assist clients with documentation, booking, and closing process
Negotiate pricing and finalize deals professionally
Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and pricing
Maintain proper records of client interactions and sales activities
