Branch Sales Manager

*Job Title:* Senior Sales Manager – Matrimony Packages

**Location:* WEDGATE MATRIMONY

*Work Days:* 6 days a week (Week off on Wednesday)

*Timings:* 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Drive sales of matrimony membership/packages.

* Handle client interactions, understand requirements, and suggest suitable packages.

* Achieve monthly sales targets with a focus on conversions.

* Manage and guide sales team members (if applicable).

* Maintain strong follow-up and relationship with clients.

*Requirements:*

* Minimum 5+ years of proven sales experience (Matrimony sales experience preferred).

* Strong communication & persuasion skills.

* Ability to achieve targets and handle high-value package sales.

* Any industry sales experience can apply, matrimony/domain experience is an added advantage.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 4 - 6+ years Experience.
