Position: Team Leader
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader to lead and manage a team of executives, drive performance, and ensure operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Team Management, Lead, motivate, and manage a team of executives.
Allocate daily tasks and monitor team performance.
Conduct daily huddles and team meetings.
Provide coaching, guidance, and regular feedback to team members.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and training activities.
Performance Management: Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Track individual and team KPIs.
Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans.
Prepare and submit performance reports to management.
Operations Management: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Monitor productivity and adherence to company processes.
Handle escalations and resolve customer issues promptly.
Coordinate with internal departments for efficient service delivery.
Quality & Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Maintain quality standards in customer interactions.
Monitor CRM updates and documentation accuracy.
Promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Qualification: Any Graduate.
1–5 years of experience in Sales, Collections, Operations, BPO, or Business Development.
Minimum 1 year of team handling experience is preferred.
