Job Description

The Barista / Coffee Curator is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role involves overseeing daily café operations, including preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages, managing inventory of coffee and related supplies, and ensuring equipment is properly maintained and calibrated. The Lead Barista / Coffee Curator will guide guests through coffee selections, share product knowledge, and curate coffee experiences that highlight VCL’s instant coffee and related offerings. This position also includes training and mentoring baristas, maintaining quality and consistency in beverage preparation, implementing hygiene and safety standards, and collaborating with management on menu development and promotional activities.
