Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage daily NDR (Non-Delivery Report) cases.
Ensure parcels are delivered within the committed timelines.
Identify and resolve delivery-related issues such as incorrect address, customer unavailability, rescheduling requests, or delivery partner concerns.
Coordinate with customers to confirm delivery details and resolve shipment-related queries.
Communicate and coordinate with delivery executives/courier partners to facilitate successful deliveries.
Monitor OFD (Out for Delivery) shipments on a daily basis and ensure timely closure.
Follow up on pending deliveries and take corrective action to minimize delivery delays.
Update shipment status accurately in the system and maintain proper records.
Escalate unresolved or critical cases to the concerned team for immediate action.
Prepare and share daily reports on NDR, OFD, and pending deliveries.
Maintain high customer satisfaction by ensuring prompt issue resolution.
