Key Responsibilities
1. Property Sourcing Across Regions
- Travel across Chhattisgarh and other states to identify and source land parcels, commercial spaces, retail units, industrial sheds, and institutional properties.
- Build a regional database of verified and marketable properties for leasing, sale, or collaboration.
2. Client Handling & Relationship Management
- Coordinate with clients (corporates, brands, investors, developers) to understand requirements.
- Present suitable property options, answer queries, and ensure seamless communication throughout the transaction process.
3. Site Visits & Inspections
- Conduct physical site visits, collect all technical and legal information, capture geo-tagged photos/videos.
- Prepare visit reports and property evaluation summaries for internal and client use.
4. Transaction Execution Support
- Assist in negotiations between landlords and clients regarding lease/sale or other terms.
- Coordinate documentation, legal verification, and closing formalities in collaboration with the back-office team.
5. End-to-End Deal Management
- Take full responsibility from sourcing to final closure of transactions.
- Ensure timely follow-ups, documentation, and brokerage invoicing from both parties involved.
6. Reporting & Data Management
- Maintain daily travel logs, visit reports, and updated inventory records.
- Share regular status updates with the Sr. management and deal teams
