Job Description B2B Sales & Distribution Growth Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and result oriented B2B Sales & Distribution Growth Executive to expand our business network and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard new distributors, wholesalers, and channel partners

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing B2B clients

  • Create and expand the company’s distribution network across target markets

  • Generate new business opportunities through field visits, calls, and meetings

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and delivery

  • Conduct market research to identify new business areas and growth opportunities

  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends

  • Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and distributor performance analysis

  • Support business expansion strategies to increase market presence

Required Skills

  • Experience in B2B sales, channel sales, or distributorship development
