Key Responsibilities:

Recruit, train, and develop a team of Insurance POSPs/Agents/Advisors

Drive sales of insurance products across Life, Health, Motor, and General Insurance

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets through team productivity

Motivate and guide advisors to ensure consistent performance and customer satisfaction

Build strong relationships with clients and provide need-based insurance solutions

Monitor team activities, performance, and compliance with IRDAI regulations

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth policy issuance and after-sales support

Expand business by identifying new market opportunities and customer segments
