Assistant Sales Manager

Role Overview:

We are seeking an energetic and result-driven Assistant Sales Manager to manage and grow our 3-wheeler electric vehicle sales division. The candidate will focus on sales targets, dealer development, channel management, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies for the 3-wheeler EV segment.

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

• Identify, appoint, and manage dealers/distributors.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners.

• Conduct market research and track competitor activities.

• Provide product and sales training to dealers.

• Ensure lead follow-up, conversions, and documentation.

• Coordinate with service, logistics, and marketing teams.

• Prepare sales reports and performance forecasts.

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduate in any stream; MBA preferred.

• 2–5 years of sales experience (Automobile/EV preferred).

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Good understanding of the 3-wheeler EV market.

• Willingness to travel for dealer visits and market activities.

• Target-driven with a proactive approach.
