Oversee day-to-day operations of the kids’ play area
Ensure a safe, clean, and fun environment for children
Manage staff coordination and daily activity flow

Explain play area rules, safety guidelines, and facilities
Ensure a positive and engaging customer experience
Sales & Business Development
Convince parents about Giggle Garden services, birthday party offers, and packages
Pitch memberships, party bookings, and special offers
Close sales deals and achieve monthly sales targets
Follow up with potential customers for conversions
Reporting
Maintain daily sales and operations reports
Share feedback and improvement suggestions with management
