Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads.
Explain project details, offers, location benefits, and pricing to customers.
Understand customer requirements and match them with suitable project options.
Convince customers to schedule and confirm property site visits.
Confirm customer availability and coordinate site visit timings.
Ensure customers reach the project site by providing location guidance and support.
Regularly follow up with interested leads to increase conversion.
Maintain daily calling reports, lead status, and follow-up details in CRM/Excel.
Coordinate with the sales team for smooth handover of confirmed site visits.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly site visit and lead conversion targets.
