Area Sales Officer

We are looking for a Area sales manager to join our team at Macan Agromart. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20000 - ₹26000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment

• Strong knowledge of agricultural products (Power Weeder / Reaper/ Agri-equipments).

• Assemble, pack and inspect products as per company guidelines.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, and farmers.

• Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, and farmer meetings to promote products.

• Maintain records and manage tool room inventory

• Perform preventive maintenance to avoid downtime

• Ensure safety and quality standards are followed.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 3 - 4 years of experience in Agriculture Industry manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
