We are looking for experienced Area Sales Officers to drive sales and business development in designated regions of Madhya Pradesh. Candidates must have prior sales experience in Iron, Steel, or similar industries with strong local market knowledge.
ASO 1: Bhopal, Raisen, Vidisha, Ashoknagar, Sehore
ASO 2: Guna, Rajgarh, Shajapur
ASO 3: Hoshangabad, Betul
Develop and manage dealer/distributor networks in the assigned territory.
Drive sales of Tata Steel and Tata Bluescope products.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and ensure revenue growth.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Track competitor activities and share market intelligence.
Ensure timely payment collections and accurate reporting.
Coordinate with stockyards to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
Experience: Minimum 3 years in Sales (Iron, Steel, or related industries) – Mandatory.
Qualification: Graduate (Commerce/Engineering preferred).
Strong dealer/distributor handling and local market knowledge.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-driven and target-oriented.
Salary: Up to 3.5 LPA (depending on experience & skills).
