Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Planning & Achievement: Develop and execute area-wise sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for Ayurvedic and pharmaceutical products.
• Team Management: Supervise and motivate field sales executives and medical representatives to ensure effective market coverage and customer engagement.
• Market Development: Identify new business opportunities, expand the customer base, and strengthen the company’s presence in assigned territories.
• Distributor & Dealer Management: Appoint, manage, and support distributors/stockists to ensure smooth supply chain and sales growth.
• Customer Relationship: Build strong relationships with doctors, chemists, stockists, and healthcare professionals to promote company products and brand image.
• Marketing Coordination: Execute marketing strategies, product campaigns, and promotional activities in coordination with the Marketing & Branding teams.
• Sales Reporting: Monitor area sales performance, competitor activities, and market trends; submit regular MIS reports to the Head Office.
• Training & Development: Provide product training and field guidance to team members for enhancing their product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
• Collection & Credit Control: Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to company credit policies.
• Event Participation: Represent the company in medical conferences, exhibitions, and promotional events as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, or Commerce (MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Ayurvedic/Pharmaceutical field sales with team-handling exposure.
• Technical Skills: o Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical/Ayurvedic product marketing. o Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM/Sales reporting tools.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
• Negotiation & Persuasion: Effective presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of local market dynamics and competitor activities.
