Key Responsibilities:

Achieve sales targets (monthly/quarterly/annual) in assigned territory

Expand market reach by onboarding new retailers and distributors

Manage and nurture distributor relationships

Address retailer concerns and collect feedback

Coordinate with Promoters and BDEs to drive sales

Ensure proper product display and brand visibility

Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and activities

Requirements:

Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and in teams

Knowledge of local retail and distribution network preferred
