Admission Counsellor

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns.

• Counsel students & parents on career programs.

• Convert leads into course enrolments.

• Assist with documentation & onboarding.

• Achieve monthly admission & revenue targets.

• Build & maintain client relationships.

• Guide students in course selection & application process.

Qualifications:

• 1+ year experience in education sales/academic counselling.

• Excellent verbal communication in English & Hindi.

• Strong persuasion & emotional intelligence skills.

• Proficiency in CRM & Google Sheets.

• Knowledge of any one regional language (Odia/Assamese/Tamil/Marathi/Telugu/Bengali) preferred.

• Strong listening, communication & presentation skills.
