Admission Counsellor

We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Admission Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong convincing ability, and a student-centric approach. You will be responsible for guiding students through the admission process, providing detailed information about courses, colleges, and career opportunities, and ensuring a smooth admission experience.

✅ Counselling Skills – Empathetic approach to understand students’ needs and guide them effectively.

✅ Knowledge of Education Sector – Understanding of MBA, PGDM, NEET, or similar programs is an added advantage.

✅ Team Player & Quick Learner – Should be adaptable and ready to learn new processes and tools.

✅ Professional Attitude – Punctual, disciplined, and committed to providing quality guidance.

Responsibilities:

Handle student enquiries via calls, walk-ins, and online platforms.

Counsel students about various courses, eligibility, and admission procedures.

Follow up with prospective students and maintain records.

Achieve admission and enrolment targets.

Coordinate with management and marketing teams for lead generation.
