Job Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents regarding our career-oriented courses.
Handle fresh leads generated through digital marketing campaigns.
Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable programs.
Follow up with prospective students via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Convert enquiries into admissions while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Maintain accurate lead records and update the CRM regularly.
Achieve monthly admission targets.
Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams for a smooth enrollment process.

Requirements
Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi and basic English.
Minimum 6 months of experience in Education Counselling, Tele Sales, Academic Sales, or Inside Sales preferred.

Basic computer knowledge and CRM proficiency will be an added advantage.
