Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and ambitious Admissions Counselor who is passionate about sales and career growth. This role is ideal for candidates who want to earn, learn, and grow simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound & outbound leads (calls, WhatsApp, emails)
Counsel students and parents on online degree programs and career courses
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable university programs
Guide Students through the end-to-end admission process (Application to Enrollment)
Convert leads into paid enrollments
Maintain CRM and follow-up pipeline
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

Candidate Profile

Proficient in English and Hindi (Verbal and written) language
Strong communication, Interpersonal & convincing skills
Ability to handle student queries and provide effective solutions
Self motivated with a target-driven mindset
Willing to work in a high-growth sales environment
