Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic Sales Caller to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining property details, generating leads, scheduling site visits, and supporting the sales team in closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases and leads
Explain project details, pricing, location advantages, and offers
Generate leads for the sales team
Schedule site visits and follow up with interested clients
Maintain customer database and update CRM regularly
Follow up on pending leads until closure
Coordinate with sales managers for lead conversion
