Key Responsibilities
1. Handle inbound & outbound leads (calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins) and Explain franchise models
•Franchise Support & Relationship Management:
1. Serve as the primary point of contact for franchisees.
2. Address franchisee queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
3. Organize and conduct regular check-in meetings with franchisees.
4. Maintain data of parties interested in business partnership and ensure updating the same regularly.
•Compliance & Standards:
1. Monitor franchise operations to ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
2. Address any deviations from standards, providing corrective action plans as necessary.
Conflict Resolution:
1. Mediate and resolve any conflicts or disputes between the company and franchisees, ensuring a harmonious working relationship.
•Feedback Loop:
1.Gather feedback from franchisees on company support, products, and services.
2.Collaborate with internal teams to implement improvements based on franchisee feedback.
3. Ensure high level of customer satisfaction by focusing on pre and post-sales services.
4. Generate quotations & follow up
Will take on any additional responsibility given by the Reporting Manager/ Head Franchise Development/ President/Board of Directors.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
1.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
2.Strong understanding of franchise operations and industry best practices.
