Program Management • Coordinate training schedules, learner onboarding, and program delivery. • Ensure smooth execution of training programs and learner engagement activities. • Track learner progress and provide necessary support throughout the program lifecycle. • Maintain learner records and program documentation. Business Development Support • Follow up on leads generated through digital campaigns, referrals, and partnerships. • Build and maintain strong relationships with learners, institutions, and corporate partners. • Support enrollment targets and business growth initiatives. Placement & Career Support • Assist learners with resume building, interview preparation, and job opportunities. • Coordinate with placement and recruitment teams for hiring drives and career events. • Monitor learner outcomes and placement success metrics.
