LegUp is a fast-growing caregiving platform that connects families with trusted and verified caregivers, including nannies, babysitters, elder care providers, and home support professionals. We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales Executives to join our growing team in Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities
Connect with prospective customers through inbound and outbound calls.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable LegUp services.
Convert leads into customers by effectively handling queries and objections.
Achieve individual monthly sales and revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
Update customer interactions and sales progress in the CRM system.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Stay updated on company services, offers, and market trends.
Eligibility & Skills
1–4 years of experience in B2C or D2C Sales, Inside Sales, Tele Sales, or Business Development.
Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales are encouraged to apply.
Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Customer-focused with a positive and proactive attitude.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or CRM tools is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
Knowledge of Kannada or any regional language will be an added advantage.
