Store Supervisor

·         Take complete responsibility for the inward processing of all received materials (raw materials, components, finished goods, etc.).

·         Oversee and manage the outward movement of materials, ensuring items are picked and dispatched strictly as per the daily/weekly plan or Material Request (MR).

·         Ensure all goods leaving the premises are verified against dispatch documents (like Gate Passes or Challans).

·         Maintain safety and organization within the storage area, optimizing layout for efficient picking.
·         Perform accurate and timely entry of all material movements (inward and outward) into the inventory/ERP system (e.g., Tally, SAP, specific WMS).

·         Crucially, record the exact storage location (bin/rack/area) for every item received to ensure quick retrieval.

·         Implement and maintain a robust tracking system for all stock items, ensuring real-time visibility of inventory levels.

·         Conduct regular cycle counts and periodic physical verification of stock to match system data.
·         Coordinate closely with the Production/Maintenance/Procurement teams to understand the daily/weekly dispatch plan and prioritize picking accordingly.

·         Raise alerts to management regarding stock discrepancies, low inventory levels for critical items, or potential delays in the dispatch plan.
