5. Customer Service Excellence:
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
6.Service Promotion and Marketing:
-Develop and implement strategies to promote and market our services within the retail space.
-Create compelling promotional materials and displays to attract customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
- Proven experience in retail sales or a similar customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer service principles.
- Knowledge of the retail industry and awareness of market trends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
