1. Store Manager (Quick Commerce Operations)

Role Purpose: Oversee operations of multiple dark stores, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and profitability.

Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise Store Supervisors & Shift Incharges.

Monitor operational KPIs: order fulfillment time, picking accuracy, shrinkage, stock-outs.

Conduct regular audits (inventory, staff discipline, process compliance).

Implement SOPs for store operations and safety.

Coordinate replenishment with central inventory controller.

Escalate critical issues to Ops Head./City Head

Requirements:

Graduate, preferably MBA/Operations.

3+ years in retail/QSR/warehousing/logistics.

Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to travel across stores within Pune City.
