About usL2R2 Gaming Lounge is a modern gaming space where players enjoy high-performance consoles, VR setups, and an immersive gaming environment. We’re looking for a passionate gamer with great communication skills who can also handle our social media presence.ResponsibilitiesAssist customers with console, PC, and VR gaming setups.Handle bookings, payments, and customer inquiries.Maintain gaming equipment and ensure smooth operations.Keep the lounge clean, organized, and welcoming.Monitor customers to ensure fair play and adherence to rules.Manage social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).Post updates, offers, events, and engaging content (photos/reels/stories).Respond to online messages and comments to boost engagement.Suggest and execute creative campaigns to grow online presence.RequirementsPassion for gaming and knowledge of PlayStation, PC, and VR setups.Strong communication and customer service skills.Familiarity with Instagram Reels, Facebook Pages, and social media trends.Creative mindset with basic photo/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, etc.).Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.Prior experience in customer service or social media management is a plus.Perks & Benefits Fun and engaging work environment.
