Job Title: Dark Store Manager

Location: Thane, Western Mumbai ,Pavala, Pune

Experience: 2 to 4 years (Retail/Operations preferred)

Salary:3 to 6 LPA

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of the dark store (inventory, order processing, and delivery coordination).

Ensure 100% order fulfillment with high accuracy and minimal delays.

Maintain stock levels, handle inward & outward inventory, and reduce shrinkage.

Supervise store staff (pickers, packers, delivery personnel) and ensure shift planning.

Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for efficient operations and Quality

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) like TAT (turnaround time), fill rate, and customer satisfaction.

Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams for smooth operations.

Maintain hygiene, safety, and compliance standards in the store.

Requirements

Any Graduate 

2–4 years’ experience in managing retail/dark stores/warehouse operations.-

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Good understanding of inventory management and supply chain processes.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
