Position: Store Manager
Salary: 35,000-40,000
Key Responsibilities
· Manage complete store operations
· Handle team scheduling, attendance, and performance
· Maintain inventory, stock levels, and expiry management
· Oversee billing, cash handling, and customer service
· Monitor daily sales and prepare reports
· Coordinate with vendors & operations team
· Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and discipline
· Strong customer-handling and relationship-building abilities
· High level of professionalism and service orientation
· Ability to work calmly under pressure and manage multiple customers
· Strong observation skills and attention to detail
· Passion for FMCG retail and delivering experiences
Requirements
· 4–6 years of experience in FMCG/Retail (Grocery) preferred.
· Strong leadership and team-handling ability
· Deliver an exceptional retail store experience to every customer
· Handle walk-in customers confidently, especially when the sales team is occupied
· Provide detailed store tours, explaining products & values
· Ensure every customer is attended to with warmth, professionalism, and care
· Maintain store aesthetics and ensure a premium ambiance
· Coordinate closely with the CRM team to manage customer data, feedback, and follow-ups
· Follow CRM escalation guidelines promptly in case of customer dissatisfaction
· Work closely with the Reporting Manager to share ground-level insights
· Identify gaps in customer experience and proactively suggest improvements
