Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain stock of all project materials, tools, and consumables at the store or site.
Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials as per purchase orders.
Issue materials to site teams based on approved indent and maintain accurate records.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and stacking of materials to avoid damage or loss.
Conduct periodic stock audits, reconcile discrepancies, and submit inventory reports.
Coordinate with procurement and accounts for GRN (Goods Receipt Note), material return, and billing documentation.
Maintain digital and manual inventory registers and stock reports.
Monitor material consumption vs. project progress and alert for shortages or wastage.
Implement and maintain material tracking systems for multiple ongoing projects.
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and organization of the store area.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate / Diploma in Material Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
3–6 years of experience in store/inventory management for construction, fabrication, or production setups.
Strong knowledge of material identification, handling, and documentation.
Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets; knowledge of ERP or inventory software is a plus.
Good communication and coordination skills.
