The Retail Executive will be responsible for managing store operations, supporting retailer branding initiatives, and ensuring smooth coordination between sales, marketing, and operations. The role requires analytical ability, strong Excel & PowerPoint skills, and an understanding of retail branding and customer experience.
Oversee daily retail operations to ensure smooth functioning of stores and outlets.
Assist in planning and executing retailer branding and promotional activities.
Maintain and update performance reports, sales trackers, and inventory data in Excel.
Prepare presentations, brand reports, and performance summaries using PowerPoint.
Monitor brand visibility, in-store displays, and ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and marketing teams for merchandising and campaigns.
Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
Support new store setups, retail audits, and promotional events.
Ensure timely communication between field teams and management.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in retail operations, branding, or sales.
Strong command of Microsoft Excel (data analysis, reporting) and PowerPoint (presentations).
Knowledge of retail branding, merchandising, and visual display.
Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
