Retail Executive

Job Summary:

The Retail Executive will be responsible for managing store operations, supporting retailer branding initiatives, and ensuring smooth coordination between sales, marketing, and operations. The role requires analytical ability, strong Excel & PowerPoint skills, and an understanding of retail branding and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily retail operations to ensure smooth functioning of stores and outlets.

• Assist in planning and executing retailer branding and promotional activities.

• Maintain and update performance reports, sales trackers, and inventory data in Excel.

• Prepare presentations, brand reports, and performance summaries using PowerPoint.

• Monitor brand visibility, in-store displays, and ensure compliance with brand guidelines.

• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and marketing teams for merchandising and campaigns.

• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities.

• Support new store setups, retail audits, and promotional events.

• Ensure timely communication between field teams and management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in retail operations, branding, or sales.

• Strong command of Microsoft Excel (data analysis, reporting) and PowerPoint (presentations).

• Knowledge of retail branding, merchandising, and visual display.

• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000/month (depending on experience)
