Job Summary:

We are looking for a Store Manager to oversee daily operations in our slime manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate should have prior experience managing a team and ensuring smooth production, packing, and shipment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Supervise and manage the packing team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.

·         Coordinate with the logistics team to get shipments ready for dispatch.

·         Maintain production efficiency and ensure that daily targets are met.

·         Ensure quality control and proper packaging of all slime products.

·         Handle team management, assign tasks, and monitor performance.

·         Maintain inventory records and ensure the availability of required packing materials.

·         Ensure a clean, safe, and organized workspace following company guidelines.

Requirements:

·         Graduate in any discipline.

·         Experience in team handling and Store/warehouse floor management.

·         Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

·         Strong organizational and leadership skills.

·         The candidate must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
