Role: Store Manager (Full-time)

Location: Hyderabad, Vizag, Bareilly

Salary: ₹3.6 – ₹4.2 LPA (Take Home)

About the Role: Seeking a dynamic leader to manage all store operations, team performance, and visual merchandising.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and motivate the Store Executive team.
Sales & P&L: Develop strategies to exceed targets and manage store budgets.
Operations: Oversee cash handling, inventory reconciliation, and shrinkage control.
Customer Experience: Ensure impeccable store standards and handle complex customer queries.
Key Skills: Store Operations, P&L Management, Inventory Control, Team Mentorship, Visual Merchandising.

Requirements:

Education: Mandatory Graduation.
Experience: Minimum 3 years in Store Management.
