Store Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Daily Operations Management:

• Oversee the daily functioning of the store to ensure efficiency and profitability.

• Open and close the store, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-maintained.

2. Inventory Control:

• Manage inventory levels by conducting regular stock checks, ordering new stock, and ensuring popular items are available.

• Utilize inventory management systems to monitor stock in real-time and forecast future needs.

3. Staff Management:

• Hire, train, and supervise store employees, conducting performance evaluations and assigning tasks to meet store needs.

• Foster a positive work environment and encourage teamwork to achieve sales targets.

4. Customer Service:

• Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and managing returns and exchanges.

• Create a positive shopping experience that fosters customer loyalty and satisfaction.

5. Sales and Marketing:

• Implement sales strategies and promotional activities to boost store revenue.

• Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement, adjusting strategies accordingly.

6. Compliance and Safety:

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security standards within the store.

• Conduct safety drills and follow safety protocols to protect employees and customers.
