Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist customers visiting the jewellery showroom
Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable jewellery designs
Explain product details such as gold purity, diamond quality, pricing, and making charges
Maintain proper display, cleanliness, and stock coordination at the counter
Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat visits
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Follow showroom policies and security guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

At least 1 year of experience in jewellery or retail showroom sales
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Well-groomed and presentable personality
Basic knowledge of gold, diamond, or jewellery products is preferred
Comfortable working long retail hours and weekends
