We are looking for a Store Executive to join our team AOV. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks.
Responsible for day-to-day store operations including receiving, issuing, and maintaining records of materials (raw meat, packaging, and consumables) while ensuring hygiene, temperature control, and stock accuracy.
Education: Graduate / Diploma in any discipline.
Experience: 2-6 years in store or inventory handling (food/meat industry preferred).
Computer Skills: Basic MS Excel / Tally / ERP knowledge.
Receive and issue materials as per production requirements.
Maintain proper records (inward/outward, GRN, issue slips, stock register).
Monitor temperature and cleanliness of cold storage areas.
Assist in daily and monthly stock verification.
Coordinate with production and purchase teams for material needs.
Verify data accuracy, make corrections, and identify irregularities in a timely manner.
Organize and maintain physical and digital records for easy access and retrieval.
Support various administrative tasks when needed to assist other departments.
Generate reports and summaries for internal teams to help in decision-making processes.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
Good communication & coordination skills.
Attention to detail and record maintenance.
Awareness of hygiene and cold storage handling.
