Customer service and sales

• Sell movie tickets at the box office.

• Sell food and beverage products at concessions and the coffee counter.

• Enroll customers in the Club Cinepolis membership program.

• Handle customer queries and complaints and escalate critical issues to supervisors.

• Greet and assist customers at all areas of the cinema. 

Operations and cinema experience

• Check tickets and usher guests to their seats in the auditorium.

• Perform pre-rush preparations before shows and intervals.

• Serve food and beverages to customers at their seats in the auditorium.

• Ensure smooth show operations and auditorium setup. 

Maintenance and cleanliness

• Perform routine cleaning of all areas, including counters, serving areas, and auditoriums after shows.

• Maintain hygiene standards at workstations and serving areas.

• Report any maintenance or safety issues to supervisors immediately. 

• It is a Full Time Retail / Counter Sales job for candidates with 0 - 5 years of experience.
