Shop Manager

1.Create staff schedules for optimal efficiency and provide ongoing guidance and performance evaluations. 

2.Motivate staff to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service. 

3.Create and manage store budgets, monitor expenses, and analyse sales data to forecast future sales.

4.Prepare and present detailed performance reports to senior management. 

5.Monitor stock levels, conduct regular stock assessments, and coordinate with account department to ensure optimal inventory levels. 

6.Oversee day-to-day activities, including opening and closing procedures, cash management, and floor supervision

7.Ensure a positive customer experience by resolving complaints and maintaining high service standards

8.Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment in line with brand guidelines. 

9.Enforce store policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations
