Retail Sales Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in the showroom with professionalism and warmth.

• Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate jewellery designs and products.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.

• Maintain product knowledge to effectively explain features, purity, pricing, and promotions.

• Handle billing, exchanges, and after-sales service as per company policy.

• Ensure proper display and replenishment of jewellery stock.

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships for repeat business.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the display counters and store.

• Coordinate with the back-office and inventory team for smooth operations.

• Strong sales and negotiation skills.

• Customer-oriented with a pleasing personality.

• Basic computer knowledge (billing software, MS Office).

• Integrity and attention to detail.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate.

• 2 to 5 years of experience in jewellery retail sales preferred.

• Experience in handling gold, diamond, or silver jewellery will be an advantage.

Salary Range:

₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and performance).
