About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-friendly Sales Associates for our Kumaran Silks retail store in Delhi. The role involves assisting customers, showcasing sarees, handling sales and billing, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in the store

• Showcase sarees and explain product details

• Drive sales through upselling and cross-selling

• Handle billing and POS operations

• Maintain store display and stock

• Provide excellent customer service

Requirements:

• Experience in retail sales (fashion/ethnic wear preferred)

• Good communication skills in Hindi & English (Tamil/Telugu a plus)

• Well-groomed with good customer handling skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

Location: Kumaran Silks, Delhi

Job Type: Full-time (weekend & festive availability required)

Salary: Competitive + incentives
